International Music Score Library Project [IMSLP] entry: Ch. B. Lysberg
Charles Samuel Bovy-Lysberg [1821-73] was a Swiss pianist and composer. He composed his music under the pseudonym Lysberg, perhaps after a village in Switzerland, but his family name was Bovy.

Lysberg's Idylle, Op. 62, was composed around 1859, according to IMSLP;
my copy of it [undated and with no copyright notice] was published by
Robert Cocks & Co. of London. Sequenced in 2024 from a privately-bound collection in my library. The piece as a whole is marked Allegretto con Moto, but in places it is marked grazioso, espressivo, malinconico, radolcendo [sic], agitato, tristamente, indeciso and so on, which I have taken as licence to speed up and slow down in a somewhat sentimental Victorian way. Pedalling is as marked in the score. | |||
